1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using RA Techsol's IT infrastructure and technology services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
RA Techsol provides comprehensive IT infrastructure services including:
- Managed IT Services & Support
- Network Design, Security & Administration
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Technology Consulting
- Systems Integration
3. Service Level Agreement
Uptime Commitment: We guarantee 99.9% system uptime for managed services. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, service credits will be provided as outlined in your specific service agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
As a client of RA Techsol, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your IT infrastructure needs
- Grant necessary access to systems and networks for service delivery
- Maintain appropriate backups of critical data
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect service delivery
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are as follows:
- Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge
- Services may be suspended for accounts 60 days past due
- All prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice
6. Data Protection and Privacy
RA Techsol is committed to protecting your data and privacy. We implement industry-standard security measures and comply with applicable data protection regulations. Detailed information about our data handling practices is available in our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
RA Tech Sol's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days written notice. We will work with clients to minimize disruption during any service changes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a transition plan and return any client data in our possession.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.
